By accessing and using the Sales Agent US Market Entry Assessment service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Sales Agent US provides AI-powered market entry assessment reports for businesses seeking to enter the US market. We offer two service tiers:
- Market Entry Assessment ($99): 15-18 page professional analysis
- Premium Market Analysis ($299): 28-32 page comprehensive analysis with competitor deep-dives
Reports are generated using artificial intelligence technology and delivered digitally within 60-90 seconds of payment confirmation.
Purchase and Payment
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will pay all charges incurred
Pricing
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Upgrade Option
Customers who purchase the Basic Assessment may upgrade to Premium within 30 days by paying the $200 difference. The upgraded report will be regenerated and delivered via email.
Report Access and Delivery
Delivery
- Reports are delivered via email within 60-90 seconds of payment confirmation
- A secure link will be provided for online access
- Reports remain accessible for 30 days from the date of purchase
Access Limitations
- Reports are for your internal business use only
- One report purchase = one company/product analysis
- Links are unique and non-transferable
- After 30 days, reports are automatically deleted from our system
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Technical Failure: The report fails to generate due to our system error
- Payment Error: You were charged but did not receive a report
- Duplicate Charge: You were charged multiple times for the same report
- Report Access Issues: You cannot access your report due to technical problems on our end
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You simply change your mind after receiving the report
- The report contains information you already knew
- You disagree with the AI-generated insights or projections
- You decide not to pursue US market entry after reading the report
- The report's recommendations differ from your expectations
- You purchased the wrong tier (upgrade option available instead)
How to Request a Refund
Email privacy@salesagentus.com with your order details, purchase date, and specific reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
